Can you imagine traveling by train in the early 1900’s? Some of the train stations were elegant and opulent and some of them have been restored. That is the case for two Union Stations we have seen in St. Louis and Nashville. If you are ever traveling through a city that was a hub for train travel and had a Union Station, it is definitely worth seeing. And we are thankful for the efforts made to restore these historic sites. Stained glass ceiling, ironwork, woodwork, the clock, the architecture – all stunning. So beautiful! Enjoy!
