We work hard
but enjoy it.
We are so different, we bring totally different approaches to just about everything we do.
That means when we combine our talents and our strengths, we are a great team.
And the good news is that we have a good time accomplishing those goals.
… we can wake up feeling healthy and strong every day
… we can wake to an environment that is sustainable and healthy
… we can overcome challenges to enjoy a happier and richer life
… you can, too!
Having Karen as a twin has been a blessing and a lifesaver. Her work ethic and ability to tend to the details not only makes her critical to the equation, her dedication to faith and family makes her a force to be reckoned with. Don’t let her diminutive size fool you into thinking she is not up to the task or challenge. So, it’s good that I can bring some chaos into the mix to make sure we get enough laughter for the day.
My journey has not been down a path that many follow, but it has been full of excitement and bumps in the road. In 2003 when I was diagnosed with a neurological disease, things were pretty grim. That was when I decided I had to take charge of my life and my health. It was more than just a commitment to lose weight. I was in a battle. I’ve won almost all of the battles since that time, but the war continues. One of my passions is to share the message with others that there is ALWAYS hope for better health and a better life. We just have to fight for it.
No matter if your struggle is for achieving better health or getting your business on track, all you have to do is contact us. We are battle-seasoned and ready to help. Let’s get started!
Working with my twin sister Kathy gives me great joy. She’s talented, creative and very funny. She is smart. She works hard to make sure we meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. With all that creativity, I am a sounding board and editor par excellence.
My personal journey into entrepreneurship began when I was forty-three years old with a very “normal” life as a wife, mother and volunteer for a million things. Then BAM – I was diagnosed with cancer. It was the first time in my life that I was faced with anything so “un-normal” and I had a decision to make. Will I give up or will I fight – that’s when I made the decision to fight and encourage others to fight for things that may not seem easy.
So whether your dream is for better health or business, we are here to encourage you and provide you with products and services that will help you achieve your goals. We look forward to working with you!
